ANTI CYBER-CRIME Campaign (ACCC)

The  ACCC is an Campaign to Raise Awar-eness about the Problem of Cyber-Crime
Goal of the Campaign is the Awareness Raising of the Population about this danger. More and more people are surfing the Internet not knowing what dangers are connected to that. They lock their appartment doors, but their computers are wide open for intruders via their connection to the Internet. Almost everybody that intents to can enter their privacy through their computers.

UNDOC Regional Network "Youth and Drugs"

Within the framework of the Global Youth Network the UNODC is currently setting up so-called Regional Networks.
More Young People than ever are taking illegal drugs. Also Austria is affected by this problem as well as Europe as a whole. In South America, South Asia and other parts of the world such Regional Networks have been set up. Even more important to develop such a Network for Europe as well. This is the goal of VICOSD.

FAIR TRADE CAMPAIGN

FAIR TRADE is essential in the eradication of poverty. Only if developing countries have the chance to trade their goods freely,  are they able to produce them under fair circumstances to create new ways of income.
Until this vision becomes reality it is going to be a long way. To make Fair Trade popular among the general public it needs innovative strategies and awareness raising. This is the reason for the FAIR TRADE CAMPAIGN of VICOSD.

Activities and Projcts of VICOSD

VICOSD conducts in many fields, that are connected to Sustainable Development,  Projects..

Besides the two main projects, VICOSD is also contributing to many other projects. VICOSD is also very often supporting the Campaigns of other institutions and organizations, which are within the scope of the Mission and Philosophy of VICOSD.

Some of these are:

- UNICEF Campaign "Unite for Children - Unite Against AIDS"
- CSD (Commission on Sustainable Development) Youth Caucus
- Activities on International Days like the International of Human Rights, World Health Day, etc.

 Not only that. VICOSD is also taking positions publicly on current international issues.
